Sandara Park is Se7en’s Slave

Jul 23rd, 2010 Posted in Korean Celebrity, Korean Music | no comment »

Sandara Park of 2ne1 has posted yet another picture update from her me2day account a few days ago. This time, the bubbly kpop star is joined by fellow YG Entertainment talent Se7en in a playful master and slave scenario. Included in the photo of her and Se7en, Dara wrote the following:

“I live under senior Vennie’s rule nowadays… TT TT I got my palm-tree-hair grabbed! kekekeke I can say that senior Vennie has the greatest personality I’ve ever seen! ^^ I think his new album’s really really good! TT Smell of success!!! Hwaiting hwaiting yayaya!!! ^. ^ (Please buy us meat~! ke)”

Although both Dara and Se7en were born in 1984 (Dara b. November 12, 1984, Se7en b. November 9, 1984), she still considers se7en her senior and mentor  in her kpop music career. Se7en blasted on the kpop scene under YG Entertainment in 2003 while Dara debuted together with 2ne1, also under YG Entertainment, last May 2009.

2NE1′s “Try To Copy Me” Samsung Corby CF

2ne1 Samsung Corby Folder

Do you miss the girls of 2NE1? Well the wait is finally over, for the girls are definitely back with their brand new single for an upcoming Samsung Corby Folder’s CF entitled “Try To Copy Me”, and surprise, surprise, it’s currently on the top of all major Korean online music charts.

The song came out just a few days ago and only a few hours after it was released, it already dethroned SNSD/Girl’s Generation’s recent chart-topper track “Oh!” claiming the number spot.

As a fan we’re all still waiting for 2NE1’s highly anticipated full length album to be launched this year (hopefully in April, as YG Entertainment promised) so this new track will definitely fill our 2NE1 cravings for the moment. I also feel that the new Samsung Corby Folder phone will sell like hot cakes when it hit the stores here in Korea, especially with 2NE1 as its main endorsers, just like what they did with LG’s uber popular Lollipop phones last year.
