A bit of old news but SHINee, one of the hottest Korean boy bands in k-pop land, will be headlining a free concert organized by the Korean Embassy in Manila and the Philippine Department of Tourism. This is to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between the Philippines and the Republic of South Korea. The concert will be held at the Cultural Center of The Philippines Complex (CCP) in Manila on November 27. Gates will be open at 5 PM.
Other Korean stars that will join SHINee on stage are rap artists Mighty Mouth and eclectic jazz group Winterplay. Brown Man Revival and Teatro from the Philippines will also perform on the show. ISAK, the lovely VJ of Pops In Seoul (Arirang TV), together with Luis Manzano, son of veteran Philippine movie stars’ Edu Manzano and Vilma Santos, will be co-hosting the upcoming event.
